I built KINEŌ with the belief that better movement leads to better living. I am passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies through personalized manual osteopathic and massage therapy treatments. I believe treatment should be collaborative and focused not only on relieving symptoms, but improving how your body functions as a whole.
My Story
My background in movement and rehabilitation began with earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. I later received a Diploma in Advanced Massage Therapy, with Distinction, in 2016, followed by a Diploma in Manual Osteopathy, Honours with Distinction, in 2020. My education, combined with years of clinical experience, has shaped a treatment approach focused on whole-body function, movement quality, and long-term results.

Athletics have always played a major role in my life. Growing up, I competed in high-level fastball while also participating in basketball and other sports. These experiences sparked my passion for movement, performance, and recovery. My athletic background continues to influence my treatment style today, helping clients of all activity levels return to doing what they love.

I have a genuine passion for helping people feel their best and have developed a growing interest in women’s health, with a focus on supporting clients through the unique physical demands and changes women experience throughout different stages of life. I recently relocated to Edmonton after living in Calgary since 2016 and I am excited to continue building KINEÅŒ within the Edmonton community. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active in the gym, and exploring everything Edmonton has to offer.
