Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Manual Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach to care that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure and function. Massage Therapy
Strong focus on therapeutic, results-driven treatment, whichs are tailored to address muscle tension, pain, mobility restrictions, injury recovery, postural imbalances, and overall physical function. Using a hands-on approach that may include deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, stretching, and targeted treatment, the goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and support long-term recovery and performance.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a therapeutic treatment technique that uses suction cups to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote recovery within the soft tissues. The decompression created by the cups can help reduce tightness, improve mobility, and support healing by increasing blood flow to targeted areas.
Craniosacral Therapy
Using the Upledger Method is a gentle, hands-on treatment that focuses on releasing tension within the body and supporting the nervous system. Using light touch, treatment aims to improve the mobility and balance of the craniosacral system — including the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This calming, restorative approach may help reduce stress and tension, improve relaxation, support pain management, and promote overall wellbeing.

Visceral Manipulation
Restrictions or tension within the visceral system can contribute to discomfort, postural imbalance, reduced mobility, and strain throughout the body. Visceral Manipulation uses subtle manual techniques to help improve the mobility and function of the body’s internal organs and surrounding connective tissues.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a gentle hands-on technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions within the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, joints, and organs. By applying sustained pressure and stretching, treatment aims to improve mobility, reduce pain and tension, enhance circulation, and restore overall movement and balance within the body.
